Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the device you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Device

  Perform a factory reset to wipe your personal data and place the smartphone, along with all original accessories and manuals, back into its original designer packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
